Rotary Club of Accra Airport City has organized a career counseling seminar for school pupils of Unity Junior High School at Kotobabi in Accra. This gesture is aimed at providing valuable guidance and support in choosing suitable career paths. In addition to the engaging sessions, the Rotary Club of Accra Airport City also donated stationery items to the participating students.

The career counseling seminar featured a distinguished panel of experts from diverse professional backgrounds who shared their personal experiences and provided insights into the different career options available to the students. They offered guidance on academic requirements, skills needed, and potential growth prospects in each field.

The seminar also included interactive workshops and Q&;A sessions, allowing students to seek answers to their specific career-related queries. Students were encouraged to explore their own interests, aptitudes, and passions in order to make informed decisions about their future.

The headmistress of the Unity Junior High School, Mrs Aboagyewaa Darfour was grateful for the initiative. She acknowledged the clubs commitment to the welfare and development of the pupils.

Speaking to Raymond News, the President of the Rotary club of Accra Airport City Mrs Sylvia - Claire Serwaa Fordjour expressed deep satisfaction with the positive response and outcomes of the event.
Mrs. Sylvia - Claire Serwaa Fordjour said the gesture is in line with Rotary’s key areas of focus- that is basic education and literacy emphasizing the Rotary Club’s commitment to fostering education and supporting the youth in their career development.

“This initiative is expected to have a lasting impact on the lives of the pupils who attended the seminar” Mrs. Fordjour added.
