Joyce Bawah Mogtari speaks on Elections 2024

For her part, an aid to the National Democratic Congress presidential candidate, Joyce Bawah Mogtari was unhappy with what she term as reoccurring errors in ballot papers dispatched by the Electoral Commission Ghana to the various regions across the country for the 7th December exercise.

“We have always suspected them of bias especially because there are so many of these partisans currently parading as commissioners. So it is evident and am happy that is it not the NDC crying foul, it is not us coming to tell you that the serial numbers are wrong, it is not us coming to tell you the ballots are not enough, even at the printing houses we are being told that they are printing more than they need”.

She said the 2024 election is an election that the National Democratic Congress is poised to win.

Dr. Justice Srem Sai speaks on inclusivity on Elections 2024

Dr. Justice Srem Sai Senior Lecturer of Public Law at the University of Ghana School of Law justify the rationale for law students and young lawyers to get in live in the electoral process.

He called on young lawyers to go to the hinterlands where their services are mostly needed. He said the presence of a lawyer in some of the rural areas could change a lot because they can advise and give a bit of education to the people as well as the security officials.
