"Empowering Marginalized Individuals in Electoral Processes".

Most often than not, marginalized groups are given little and unfair considerations during electoral processes and activities. But at ElectHer Ghana, we insist and lead the charge in ensuring all persons whether young or old, full bodied or persons living with physical challenges received equal opportunities and treatment.

The purpose of our gathering today is simple yet profound- to address the barriers women and marginal individuals face in accessing political and leadership roles. In Ghana and across the world, these challenges are real. But when we come together, share knowledge, and support each other, we make tangible progress toward breaking down these barriers.

The ongoing fight for equal and fair opportunities and representation of marginalized today is being re-echoed and active steps are being taken right here in this room to make the longstanding dream a reality.

Thank you all for being her and for believing in a future where every voice counts, where every person regardless of gender has the opportunity to lead, serve, and make a difference.

Let's make today a stepping stone toward that future.
